El «Plan de Dios en la Iglesia» es la manifestación, en cuatro días de retiro, de todo el misterio riquísimo de la Iglesia, en un modo sencillo pero profundamente vivo y saboreable, tal y como el Señor lo depositó en el alma de la Madre Trinidad para que lo dijera a todos en la Iglesia.
En un ambiente de silencio y oración, el alma recibe un verdadero torrente de luz y amor sobre el misterio de la Santísima Trinidad, la realidad y el vivir de Cristo, la grandeza de María, la belleza de la Iglesia y los modos de vivir y participar gozosamente de todas estas realidades.

En tiempo más reducido, tan sólo un fin de semana, a través de charlas de personas seglares y sacerdotes, junto con algún vídeo de la propia Madre Trinidad, se descubre lo grande que es ser miembro vivo de la Iglesia, Cuerpo místico de Cristo, y lo sencillo que es vivir nuestra fe y comunicarla aprovechando los dones y regalos que el Señor abundantemente nos dejó en su Iglesia.
Hay tandas tanto para hombres y mujeres separadamente, como para matrimonios.

Dos días de convivencia con adolescentes y jóvenes, en tandas separadas para chicos y para chicas, durante los cuales se les da a conocer, a través de charlas y otras actividades, los misterios de Dios, Cristo, María y la Iglesia, se les ayuda a vivir todas estas realidades en modo adaptado a ellos, y se les orienta para que descubran su puesto en la Iglesia y lo que Dios espera con amor infinito de cada una o cada uno de ellos.

Son encuentros de una hora aproximada de duración, organizados en varios días consecutivos para todo tipo de personas, en los que a través de charlas de seglares y sacerdotes, se da a conocer lo que Dios ha obrado en su Iglesia de esa manera viva, saboreable y amorosa que Dios ha pedido a la Madre Trinidad sea manifestado a todos.
Se tienen periódicamente en los centros y las parroquias encomendadas a La Obra de la Iglesia y en otras parroquias y lugares donde se llama a los miembros de La Obra de la Iglesia para llevarlas a cabo.

En lugares alejados de sus centros, e incluso en países con lengua distinta de la española, La Obra de la Iglesia, frecuentemente ante la llamada de Sres. Obispos que quieren hacer llegar este beneficio espiritual a sus fieles, sacerdotes, religiosos, religiosas o seglares, organiza estos días de retiro en la manera adaptada a las circunstancias del lugar y del grupo que se trate.
Se compone de charlas de sacerdotes, y eventualmente seglares, junto con vídeos y charlas de la Madre Trinidad, para recalentar y revitalizar en los que asistan la frescura y la profundidad de la fe, en el saboreo del misterio de Dios en sí y en su actuar hacia fuera por medio de la Iglesia.
